CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER RESPONSIBILITIES

​​​​This opportunity is available to an individual who is passionately interested in leading a humanitarian relief and animal welfare foundation dedicated to helping families in need and their pet-dogs. The CEO must have experience as a senior-level executive in managing a nonprofit organization and will be responsible for:


  • Administering the Caplan-Bensley Foundation existing Jazzy’s Place program.


  • Developing and growing the new CRiSP initiative.


  • Devote full or part-time, and may have outside employment, but needs to dedicate sufficient effort for overall management and fundraising that supports the development of the new CRiSP initiative. 


  • Donor solicitation, event planning, volunteer recruitment and other functions.


  • Oversee Regional Directors.


  • Interface with estate attorneys, financial planners who are preparing their clients’ estate plans, and whose clients are potential dog-owner contributors.


  • Develop and implement additional opportunities with the objective of fulfilling the CBF mission of feeding a greater number of households and their pet dogs, thereby "Saving Both Ends of the Leash®".
